NOTE: If you have problems viewing the CHM file, this is due to a problem caused by a Microsoft security patch. To fix this problem:

1. Make sure the Dev Guide is on a local drive--not a network drive

2. In Windows Explorer, right-click the CHM file and select Properties from the shortcut menu

3. Select the Unblock check box

4. Click OK to save changes

5. Reopen the CHM file
